Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 9:45am - 12:45pm. There were thirty four children in care: fifteen children ages 2 - 3 downstairs with four staff and nineteen children ages 3 - 5 upstairs with four staff. The children were observed during music, playing on the playground, at circle time and during lunch. Five staff's records and five children's records were reviewed. Description: Based on observation, the center failed to have all hazardous substances stored in a locked place. Evidence: 1. The inspector observed the upstairs bathrooms. There was a container of Clorox Disinfecting wipes on a shelf in the girl's bathroom. The container was on a top shelf and inaccessible to the children, but was not stored in a locked place.

Plan of Correction: The container will be removed and stored in a locked place.
