The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on May 13, 2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on May 09, 2019 concerning forbidden action by staff. The investigation was initiated on May 13, 2019 and completed on July 25, 2019. On May 13, 2019, the licensing inspector was on site with a local agency and law enforcement from approximately 2:53pm to 5:00pm. Interviews were completed, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
