The Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 07/15/2019 in response to a complaint received 06/26/2018. Interviews with staff were conducted relating to issues referenced in the complaint. Children were observed at the end of nap time as well. Information gathered from observation and staff interviews does not support the allegations referenced in the complaint. The complaint is determined to be "not valid." There were no violations found during this complaint investigation. Findings were reviewed with the center administration on 07/17/2019.
