An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with 67 schoolage campers and 7 staff. The children were engaged in a variety of activities to include board games, arts/crafts, play dough and using their tablets. Nine medications for seven children were inspected as well as 7 staff and children's files. The center was current with their escape drills and shelter in place drills. Arrival time: 4pm Departure time: 5:40 pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-160-C Description: Based on a review of seven staff files, it was determined that one staff had not obtained a repeat tuberculosis test/screening every two years. Evidence: Staff B's tuberculosis test is dated 4/26/17. Plan of Correction: Staff B will get an up to date tuberculosis test/screening.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-240-A Description: Based on a review of seven staff files, it was determined that one staff did not have orientation on file by the end of their first day of assuming job responsibilities. Evidence: Staff A was hired on5/28/19 and there was no documentation that the staff has been given orientation training. Plan of Correction: The documentation may be at her original site. I will get the documentation.
