The physical plant, outdoor playground areas, programming, menus, 4 staff records, 7 children?s records, 5 medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging in age appropriate center play and listening to story time. Infant care including feeding and diapering procedures was observed.
