Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center staff on July 19, 2019 to determine compliance with licensing standards. There were 73 school age children present with nine staff actively supervising. The children were playing in the gym, swimming in the indoor pool, and playing with Legos. Seven children's files were reviewed and are in compliance. Medications for ten children were reviewed; four staff are current in Medication Administration Training. Time of today's inspection: 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Four staff records were reviewed at the downtown office on 8/1/2019 from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please call me if you have any questions 804-662-9766 or e-mail tara.barton@dss.virginia.gov.

The medications were not returned to the parents within 14 days or discarded or destroyed.
