A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 9:30am & 12:00pm; there were 52 children with 10 staff member. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-E-2 Description: Based on review of 7 staff records, 1 does not have a current certification in first aid. Evidence: Staff #1 has documentation of an expired (6/27/19) certification in first aid. Plan of Correction: I will enroll her in a class.
