A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/6/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were a total of 15 children in care of 12 staff members present. 14 children were observed leaving on a field trip with 10 staff members. 1 child was observed with 2 staff members at the listening to a story read by the staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
