Comments:
A joint complaint investigation was conducted regarding an allegation of the forbidden action of physical discipline. The investigation was initiated on April 3, 2019. The investigation was conducted with the center director/owner and a representative from the local agency on April 4, 2019 from 11:30 AM to 2:45 PM. A review of documentation, classroom observation, child interview, and staff interviews were conducted. The allegations were determined to be invalid due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations. There were no violations issued as a result of this investigation.
