An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today with the Director. Two complaints were received invovling care, protection and guidance, ratios and diaper changing. Interviews, observation and a review of staff files were conducted today and the complaint was determined to be invalid. Arrival time: 11:10 am Departure time: 12: 45 pm
