The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on August 12, 2019. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of child to staff ratios and inappropriate discipline. The information gathered during this investigation supports parts of the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be valid. There was one group of children that were not within staff to children ratio. If you have any questions you may contact me at Margaret.firstname.lastname@example.org or 703-209-3521.
