Standard #: 22VAC40-665-500-E Description: Based on interviews and observation, it was determined that the vendor did not ensure to post, with parental approval, or keep in a way that is immediately accessible to staff, a current list of all children?s allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. Evidence: 1. There was not a complete list of all children?s allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions for the children enrolled at the facility. 2. Staff #1 confirmed there was not a complete posted list of all children?s allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions for the children enrolled at the facility. This list will be updated weekly as enrollment changes.
