An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:39 AM and ending at 11:00 AM. There were forty-eight children in the care of eight staff. The children's ages ranged between five and twelve years old. The children were observed during outdoor recreation time on the playground, coloring, and doing arts and crafts. Five staff records and 8 children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Six medications were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency evacuation drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 6/24/19. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 6/24/19. The most recent health inspection was dated 5/22/19.
