The children were observed participating in structured Montessori work, playing outside and eating lunch, which is brought from home. Four children's files and two volunteer files were reviewed. There were no medications to review. The emergency escape drill log was observed and in compliance. The last health inspection was: 8/31/18 and the last fire inspection was: 8/31/18. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-60-A Description: Based on a review of four children's files, not all files were complete. Evidence: child # 1 (date of first attendance: 7/15/2019) did not have the names, addresses and phone numbers for two emergency contacts. Plan of Correction: The information was on her sister's forms, and was added to her form during the inspection.
