An announced inspection was conducted from 4:47 PM to 5:40 PM for the purpose of viewing the change in space use for the preschool age children in two classrooms and the space designated for after care hours. Three rooms were measured and viewed as well as bathroom areas. The wing of the building previously used has been demolished and new construction will take place during the coming school year. The preschool classrooms had age appropriate materials and furnishings. The aftercare room will be set up with activity areas and have appropriate storage. We discussed potential outdoor areas for use with preschool children such as the back fenced field and the front/side grass covered area which needs a fence. Please, provide a sketch of the outdoor area you plan to use and an updated floor plan similar to the posted emergency maps, including all sinks and toilets.
