An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:45am-12:50pm. There were 66 children in the direct care and supervision of 13 staff. A sample size of 4 staff records, 6 children's records, 3 emergency medications, the first aid kit, evacuation drills, and the physical plant were reviewed. The children were observed putting together puzzles, building with legos, tracing vehicles, eating lunch (veggie pizza, pears, and water), being read stories, and having their diapers changed.
