Comments:
A complaint investigation was conducted on August 2, 2019, from 9:50am to 11:00am, regarding ratio and infant bottles. Interviews were conducted. Observations and documentation were reviewed. There was a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation the complaint was deemed valid. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Complaint related: Yes
Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure the staff-to-child ratio to the youngest child in the group applied to the entire group. Evidence: There were Staff 1 and 2 were supervising 29 children on the playground. Staff 3 had stepped inside of the building and came back outside about 2-3 minutes passed. Child 1 is the youngest child in the group and is 2 years old.
