Comments:
A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/26/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. There were 13 infants and children in care with staff supervising at all times. The director was also present. The children were observed playing outside, eating lunch, playing inside, and during nap time. Five staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you have any questions, please call your inspector at (276) 698-9981. Thank you.
