Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 2, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. There were seventeen children in the care of two staff in one classroom. Five children's records were reviewed. Staff records will be reviewed on September 16, 2019 at MACAA offices. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child.
Areas observed were: story/books, yoga, hand washing/bathroom procedures, lunch, transition and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
