Discussion of the subsidy regulations and how they apply to the Child Day Center (CDC). Discussion of what to do if the center no longer wishes to participate as a subsidy vendor. Center will continue to follow all subsidy regulations, even if all children enrolled are not receiving subsidy. As long as vendor agreement is in place, all applicable subsidy standards and regulations will need to be in compliance.

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the ImaginNation Learning Center located in Chantilly, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 09/04/2019, between the hours of 9 am through 12:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
