Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 9 am through 12 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the Loudoun County PRCS Loudoun Valley Community Center located in the town of Purcellville, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 91 children with 12 staff; good ratios in all 6 rooms. A total of 6 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date through the PRCS main office. The children were engaged in the following: center activities within their classroom, games, art, small motor skilled activities, large motor skilled activities out on center playground, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you.
