An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on August 16, 2019 in response to allegations received by the Division on August 13, 2019 regarding supervision of children and incident reporting. Based on staff interviews and documentation reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations. The complaint is determined to be "not valid".
