Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 6:50 AM and ending at 8:05 AM in conjunction with a licensing monitoring inspection. There were eleven school-aged children in the care of two staff members. The children's ages ranged between five and nine years old. The children were observed playing games while listening to music. Children were also observed making bracelets. Ten children's records were reviewed. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. One medication was inspected and compliance.There were no allergy care plans to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/28/19. The most recent health inspection was dated 10/29/18. The most recent fire inspection was dated 11/20/18.
