An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:00 AM and ending at 8:25 AM, in conjunction with a licensing monitoring inspection. There were ten children in the care of two staff members. The children's ages ranged between five and eight years old. The children were observed drawing and doing arts and crafts. Eight children's records were reviewed. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. There were no allergy care plans to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/3/2019. The most recent health inspection was dated 5/14/2019. The most recent fire inspection was dated 8/20/2019.
