Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on September 11, 2019 from 10:40 a.m through 2:15 p.m. There were one-hundred ninety-one children in the care of the of forty staff. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for five children. Ten children's and ten staff records were reviewed and updated.

Areas observed were: outside play, free choice,circle activities, arts and crafts, infant feeding, educational center choice, story-time, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
