A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/12/19 11:00 am until 1:45 pm at Abundant Love Child Development Center to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection 20 children were present with four staff. The sample size consisted of five children's records, five staff's records, four injury reports, three diaper ointments and one child's medication and supporting documents. Children and staff were observed during free play, bathroom break, hand washing, lunch preparations, lunch, clean-up, nap, transitions and behavioral management. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
