A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/12/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 18 children, ages 5 years-10 years, and 2 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, the on-site requirements for 2 staff records and 1 medication during the inspection. Children were observed in the following activities: arriving to the program, during homework time, having an after school snack and in large motor play in the gym. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector reminded the staff of the upcoming expiration of the fire inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
