- Technical Assistance:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection Friday, August 30, 2019 from 10:05 am to 1:02 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The infants were observed playing on the floor and sleeping. The older infants and toddlers were observed eating lunch. All classrooms and the playground were inspected today.
Five children?s records, five employee records, and three board officer records were reviewed during this inspection.
The center administers medication, however none is being administered at this time.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed:
Infant I (6 weeks to 12 months) ?8:3

A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements inspection.
