A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today at 6:30am to 8:00am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 15 children under the supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed arriving to care, playing freely in groups and individually, socializing and playing catch as a class. There were 3 medications on site today. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials that were developmentally appropriate for the children in care. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Evidence: Reviewed 3 staff records and found that Staff 2 did not have documentation of current CPR training. Training expired in August 2019.
