An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:45am-12:00pm. There were 15 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records,evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in circle time where the themes of the day were "Spanish Friends and Amigos and playing outside. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. Staff were observed to transition children from the main building to the playground in a safe and organized manner. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
