The renewal appliaction was reviewed with the director.
- Comments:

The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 10:50 a.m. until 12:15. There were 15 children in care with three staff supervising and maintaining ratio at all times . Five children's records and three staff records were reviewed. Children were observed finishing snack, going into circle time, and playing outside. No medications are being administered. An acknowledgment form was signed by the director. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
