Technical assistance today included physical environment, substitute staff.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection took place today from 3:45 - 5:30 pm. There were 74 children at the beginning of the inspection with 5 staff. I observed children playing outdoors, group learning with a school-made computer, painting dollhouse inhabitants, and doing homework.
