Technical assistance was provided regarding medication authorizations.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:05am-8:00am. There were 35 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, programming, snack menu, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, 5 medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in a staff led activity where they created their own story with art work. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children and the center was clean and organized. No violations were found during this inspection. All staff present are current in CPR/First Aid certification and one staff is certified in MAT (Medication Administration Training).
