Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided on 3-hour Subsidy training shall be completed March 1, 2019. Technical assistance was provided on food labeled when bought from home.

Comments:
An unannounced focused inpsection was conducted today from 1:27 pm - 2:30pm. The physical plant was inspected. Staff and child ratio were in compliance. Children were observed participating in tummy time and napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Description: Based on direct observation, the center did not label food brought home home. Evidence: 1. In the two-year-old classroom 2 out of 2 lunch boxes were bought from home and not labeled. 2 In the Pre-K classroom, 1 out of 3 lunch boxes were bought from home and not labeled.

Plan of Correction: We will label lunch boxes with tape and marker.
