Site supervisor discussed a medication form with errors that is in the process of being corrected by the family and physician.
- Comments:
-
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 7:30am-8:40am. At the beginning of the inspection there were 32 children directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff training records, 5 children?s records, 5 medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed transitioning to outdoor play, playing outside, eating breakfast, and playing with interlocking blocks. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Evidence:
