An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between approximately 11:10am and 12:30pm. 57 children were directly supervised by 11 staff members. The physical space, 6 children's records, 4 staff records, the menu, required posted documents, evacuation drills and medications were reviewed.Medications were in compliance. Children were observed washing hands, setting up for lunch and eating lunch. Today's menu was macaroni & cheese, green beans and bananas. Children were practicing manners and family style meals which included pouring their own milk. Classrooms contained age appropriate materials and were well organized. No violations were cited today.
