An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/23/19 from 10:35am until 12:10pm. At the time of the tour, there were 44 children in care with 5 direct care staff present. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed participating in morning learning activities, story time, playing on the playground and eating snack and lunch. Hand washing and restroom procedures were also observed. Medication, first aid and emergency supplies, documentation of emergency practice drills, children's injury reports and center postings were reviewed. No violations were identified during today's inspection.
