Technical Assistance:
**Discussed the need to ensure that parents/guardians are both (and always) documented as parents/guardians, and not as additional contacts or authorized pickups.

Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on 9/25/2019 from 6:31am to 7:30am. There were 8 school-agers directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 1 new staff's record, 5 children?s records, 3 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in individual activities, group play, arriving to care. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
