Program director and program leader qualifications reviewed with administrative staff.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 09/25/2019 from 4:45 pm - 5:55 pm. At the time of entrance there were 22 school age children in care with three staff. Children were observed eating dinner. After dinner children were engaged in reading time and table activities.
Records were reviewed for six children in care. Medication and emergency supplies was additionally reviewed.
Four staff records were reviewed at the Luter Family YMCA on 09/25/2019 from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
