Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on September 24, 2019 from 10:50 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. There were eighteen children in the care of two staff in on classroom. Five children's records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed on September 16, 2019 at MACAA Administrative Office. No medication is being administered at the present.
Areas observed were: lunch, hand washing/ bathroom procedures, and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as positive and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule .
