Thank you for your assistance during the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 9:50 AM to 1:00 PM at the school. Today, there were twenty-seven children, ages three and four years, with six to seven staff. I viewed staffing, supervision, interactions with children, activities, daily routines, equipment, posted information, insurance, agency inspection reports, illness practices, injury records, emergency supplies and drill records, lunch, nutrition, behavior management, five records for children, six training records for staff, staff, indoor and outdoor areas. The children enjoyed outside time during the morning. Classroom activities included music, movement, stories, group discussion, and choices for play areas. Recently, they have had visitors to learn about community helpers. The records were organized with systems for maintaining information.
No areas of noncompliance observed. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
