An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:30am-1:30pm. There were 41 children in the direct care and supervision of 8 staff members. A sample size of 5 children's records, 3 staff records, the first aid kit, emergency materials, the physical plant, and the playground were reviewed. Children were observed playing on the playground, swinging on swings, hand washing, toileting, eating lunch, and preparing for nap time. Any violations are listed on the Violation Notice.
