A unannounced renewal study was conducted today. The Junior Kindergarten class was observed today. There are 14 children with 2 staff present. There are no medications for this program. Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, and documentation of insurance are all in compliance. Children were observed paying on the playground and eating snack. The Junior Kindergarten class was out of ratio at 1:12 when one teacher left the playground twice for 1-2 minutes.Plan of Correction: An email has already been drafted to address supervision.

Evidence:
One container of insect repellent was not labeled to show ownership.Plan of Correction: Product will be removed from the room.

Evidence:
2 of 2 lunch boxes observed did not contain a date on the label.Plan of Correction: The staff have been doing this, and I will remind them to check it daily.
Standard #: 63.2(17)-1720.1-B-2 Description: Based on a review of records, one staff record does not contain documentation of a completed fingerprint search.
