An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today before school. There are approximately 35 children present with 55 staff. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and games, washing hands, eating snack/breakfast and transitioning to the gym. 4 children's records were reviewed. See the Violation Notice for missing items. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items, as the complete files are reviewed at the main office at another time. A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) inspection was also conducted today. LI was present from 7:00 AM - 8:25 AM.
