Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 09/30/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.An unannounced renewal study was conducted today after school. There are 75 children with 5 staff present today. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only. Full staff records are reviewed at the main office at another time. 5 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Emergency escape drills, shelter-in-place drills, first aid supplies, medications and emergency supplies are all in compliance. The playground was not inspected today due to inclement weather. Children were observed eating snack, washing hands, working on homework, playing gym games. LI was present today from 3:35 PM - 5:00 PM. : A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
