An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/30/19 from 2:55pm until 4:00pm. At the time of entrance, there were 8 school-age children in care with 2 staff present. A sample of 4 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed engaging in free play. First aid and emergency supplies, documentation of emergency practice drills and center postings were reviewed. The center does not currently administer medication and transportation is not offered. No violations were cited during today's inspection.
