A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/04/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:50 pm-3:50 pm. There were 65 children in the direct care and supervision of 8 staff. A sample of 6 children's records and 8 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed playing on the playground, eating snack, building with blocks, washing hands, during bathroom procedures and being dismissed. Today was "Freestyle Friday Show and Share" at the facility.5 staff are new to this location since the last inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
