Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. There were 32 children in care being supervised by 3 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured centers and cooperative games. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven medications were reviewed and in compliance. There is currently one person on site who is MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 09/30/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 09/25/2019. The first aid kit was observed and in compliance. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on observation of the facility it was determined that not all hazardous substances were kept locked and inaccessible. Evidence: Three bottles of sanitizing solution, one can of glass cleaner, and one container of hand sanitizer were observed in an unlocked cabinet. All items stated to keep out of reach of children.

Plan of Correction: The cabinet was locked during the inspection.
