Technical Assistance:
Discussed: updated emergency preparedness planning using attendance to do head counts on field trips especially in the summer. Required 3 hour training for subsidy providers.

Comments:
An unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted today from 225- 3:30pm. There were 4 children in care at the time of the inspection. the children were observed, discussing eating healthy, talking about super heros, playing in dramatic play, and coloring. Hand washing, diaper changing and potty routines were also observed and reviewed. The homes updated emergency preparedness plan and supplies were also discussed. Description: Based upon record review and interview, the vendor did not maintain a WRITTEN hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: The vendor has been taking attendance on the computer as the children come in go. There was no hard written copy as required.

Plan of Correction: We corrected during the inspection.. We have been taking attendance but its on the computer.
