An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today from 9:20 am to 11:45 am with the Director in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Reviewed five staff files for documentation of the mandatory VA Preservice Training, First Aid and CPR training. Five allergy care plans were reviewed. The last lockdown drill was conducted 7/3/19.
